This is the personal story of Lieutenant Detective Joseph Horak, a 20 year police man in New England. His riveting stories tell the day to day life of a cop on the beat. They give the reader a chance to experience the excitement and terror that is part of being a policeman. Pride and Honor is a story about a man dedicated to doing what is right for the people. Even though retired, Detective Horak is still trying to solve a rape and double murder that occurred in 1973 involving two teenage girls.
